Confirm a Payment
POST/v1/payments/:id/confirm
Captures a Paid Payment. Send the lines actually delivered, or the final and food amounts, and Voucherly decides how much to capture, void or give back on each transaction.
The Payment stays Paid until every operation has succeeded. When a payment gateway fails midway, the response lists the operations already done and the same request can be sent again: it settles only what is left.

Returns a Payment object.
The request can't be accepted as it stands.
The requested resource doesn’t exist.
The request conflicts with the current state of the target resource.
The Payment can't be confirmed at the requested amounts. Unless operations lists something, no transaction was touched.
A payment gateway failed. operations lists what was already done; sending the same request again settles what is left.
